Banned from Black Ops?
I am 90% sure I am banned but don’t know why and for how long. I modded my gamertag, did gold gun glitch, and have 15th prestige title.
Before I even get to the “Press Start” screen I get an error that says “The Call of Duty: Black Ops server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit http://www.callofduty.com/blackops/status for updates.
I get this error also when I go to play anything Xbox Live.
My friend had the same thing, but only for about a day.
Is there anyway I can see how long the ban is or for what reason?
Any help would be good.
P.S. If anybody would make an account on their Xbox with a free month of Gold (you get it free when you make a new account) and send the e-mail and password for recovery to the gamertag MLSTER TURNER I will find a way to return the favor.
Lately Microsoft, Xbox, Sony, everything has been cracking down on bricks and bans. Sony’s 3.60 update will be released soon which will brick every jailbroken system on the market! This is why i downgraded back to 3.55. But to answer your question, yes you have most likely been banned. Try to revert your username or call Microsoft. Treyarch has taken a lot to keep hackers out of this game. Sorry for the negative news, but you might have to buy a new account
